THE World Snooker Championship is rolling through at pace - and Ronnie O'Sullivan has booked his spot in the last-16.
O'Sullivan thrashed Welshman Jackson Page 10-1 in his Crucible opener to set up a Sunday clash with Ryan Day.
It comes as Judd Trump made his way to the quarter-finals after an impressive 13-7 win against Tom Ford.
John Higgins' is scheduled to go up against Mark Allen after beating Jamie Jones in his first World Champs encounter.
But former champions Luca Brecel, Mark Selby and Mark Williams are all OUT - as is Chinese superstar Ding Junhui.

A break of 73 sets up Higgins in the third frame.
Allen did have an opportunity to try and salvage the frame with snookers but was unable to put Higgins under pressure, who duly cleared up the rest of the table.

Si Jiahui 8 vs 9 Jak Jones
A remarkable turnaround from Si finally puts to bed a frame lasting one hour and one minute.
The pair exchanged safety shots for the duration but Jones took a 38-point lead with only 25 left on the table.
But Si snookered his opponent on the blue and took advantage, forcing fouls before clearing up and winning the frame by a point.
